Veggies and Fruit!
I have been using this app for less than a week. After the first night-I havent wanted sugar or junk food or anything bad. ALL I want to eat is fruits and veggies. For dinner last night I made Spaghetti Squash topped with sautéed Zucchini, onions and carrots. I love veggies but I never wanted them more! I have already lost 2.5 pounds this week! I have no idea what the app says to me. I put in my earbuds when Im ready for sleep and in less than 5 minutes Im asleep (Hypnotized?) I dont know how it works but I DO know its working.
I want to also get the one for anxiety so maybe I can get on an airplane again!
This app is worth the $. Use it every night!
