A non-believer at first!
Did not think meditation would be that helpful but I keep seeing study after study saying it reduces cortisol levels and important step for any weight loss regime. App is easy to use, I especially like the ability to turn off the awaken feature when using it before bedtime. Various background options as eell as the hypnotic boost feature. Well worth the price!
