Honestly, I havent lost any weight and Ive been listening to this for about 3 weeks. But there are clearly defined differences in my thought patterns when it comes to choosing food. I crave sugar less, Im more prone to choosing the healthy option while eating out, and Im highly motivated to add veggies any where I can. This is new for me! Im not a veggie lover!
All-in-all, I feel healthier and am making better decisions. That, to me, is worth at least 4 stars.
